Jessica DueckHello! I’m so glad you are here. My name is Jessica Dueck. I am a violin and piano teacher and a whole-person coach in Robbinsdale, MN. I love to use music to help students learn a new skill and also discover wonderful abilities in themselves as they grow through a gentle, scaffolded learning process. I strongly believe in the great value of a systematic and thorough way of learning, which establishes a wide and solid foundation for the many more advanced performance skills to be built upon.

My core values in studying and teaching music are consistency, gentle and steady progress, mastery of skill, welcoming challenges as an opportunity for growth and finding deep satisfaction and joy in the process. I seek to inspire independent learning and the joy of discovery, making room for students to blossom into their unique strengths and talents as they experience new aspects of themselves through music.

Learning a new instrument is both a beautiful gift and skill as well as a unique journey of self-discovery and opportunity for personal growth. My desire is to support each student on their individual path of growing self-awareness, competence, independent learning, resilience and mastery of their instrument. I believe each person is capable of more than they think and that the study of music is a wonderful opportunity to discover what your personal strengths of character are while growing every area for your optimal potential as a musician and individual.

If these values resonate with you and your desires for yourself or your child I would love to have a conversation with you!
